Worship Committee oversees the planning and carrying out of
regular and special worship services, in coordination with the
Pastor and Music Director. |

The Learning
Committee has been responsible for the following:
- Assembly
and delivering "love" baskets for ederly and shut
in members of our church.
- An
Easter Egg Hunt for the children of the church that included
stories, crafts, and snacks.
- A very
successful Bible School children, youth, and adults.
- Rally
Day Carnival/Church Cookout with the help of the fellowhip
and Recreation Committee.
- The
collection of Stocking Funds with which we buy for needy
children.
In addition
to these activities, the Learning Committee strives to enhance
our Sunday Church School program for four adult classes and
children of all ages (including youth) with meaningful curriculum
and excellent teachers.

| Witness

| The
Witness Committee seeks to reach out to the unchurched and to
those interested in joining Holy Trinity to welcome and engage
them in this community of faith. Another of its functions is
to equip members of the congregation for outreach, to be able
to tell others of God's enduring, forgiving love for them shown
in Jesus Christ. |

| The
Service Committee plans and carries out activities that reach
out to care for those in need within and outside the congregation.
Specific areas where the committee has been active are in preparing
lunches for the needy, working with Anderson Interfaith Ministries
and the Soup Kitchen, and organizing an annual yard sale to
support service projects. |

Property Committee evaluates the condition of the facilities,
plans repairs and improvements, and organizes cleanup of the
grounds. |

The Fellowship
& Recreation Committee plans and organizes activities
for all ages that promote fellowship and camaraderie. These
have included ice cream socials, special meals, annual picnics,
softball and basketball teams.

Affirming
and strengthening the mission of the congregation and the
ministry of the church staff is the primary purpose of the
Mutual Ministry Committee. This is accomplished by the following:
- Listening
and clarifying
- Sharing
and communication
- Reviewing
and reflecting
The Mutual
Ministry Committee discusses and pursues its responsibilities
to the church staff and congregational members. They have
held individual interviews with each of the four church staff
members and follow-up action plans were developed and implemented
where appropriate. Offering tabulator procedures are reviewed
by this group and revised if necessary.
The committee
welcomes any input from the congregation and church staff
on any problems where they may be of help. Any problems brought
to its attention will be held in confidence if requested.
