             Notice
The church office now has a procedure and sign-out sheet for the usage of tables and chairs.  Please read and sign out items before removing from the church facility.  This will allow us to better keep up with items that have been borrowed.

At the Congregational Meeting on 5/14/06, the decision was made to purchase the Kelly property (now called Luther House) located behind the Fellowship Hall at a price of approximately $75,000.00  Please prayerfully consider this as we will be making a loan for this purchase and will need your continued donations (Building Fund) toward payment of this loan.  Please mark your check "Luther House or Kelly Property" toward payment of this loan.
Loan Balance as of October, 2009
$38,003.18

Saturday Servants:
Again this year HTLC will prepare bag lunches for Anderson Emergency Soup Kitchen.  There are 5 Saturdays in July.  Each Saturday we will meet in the Fellowship Hall at 9:30AM to prepare 125 peanut butter/jelly sandwiches and 125 bologna sandwiches.  Each bag will contain a sandwich, fruit, juice, sweet snack cake and chips.  1250 bag lunches will be provided during the month of July.  We ask members of HTLC to donate Lil Debbies snack cakes, grape jelly, peanut butter and mayonnaise.  Anyone who wishes can help prepare and distribute the bag lunches.  The bags are handed out from the porch of the Soup Kitchen which is located on Franklin Street.  There is a basket in the room off the Narthex for donations.
